Gives the NCR troopers riot gear/veteran ranger masks w/ their own helmets made by SGTbayk47, good for certain scenarios, ie DUST, to make the NCR appear a bit more menacing and better equipped for the scenario w/ the diluted atmosphere.

All credit for the models go to Bay K, and his mod is required for this to work, the plug-in from his files do not have to be active, only the meshes and textures as this adds new items w/ the similar stats just for most generic troopers.

Not all troopers will wear this, but most should appear with it (vanilla facewrap armor may override the helmet or clip into it badly)

Compatible w/ Drag's NCR overhaul albeit with a bit of clipping with some of the armors (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/52721/) and the distributed version of it (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/54978/), just make sure this is loaded underneath both so they spawn in with the helmets, otherwise they will not.

Made to be somewhat lore-friendly for certain scenarios, I don't see how if the NCR could supply their troopers with combat armor in Fallout 2, they could not have the means to manufacture Riot Gear masks (or some design of it, maybe to even compliment the Veteran Ranger's own helmets) out of simple metal, even with a much larger force compared to FO2
