PSA: This works perfectly with Fallout 3 as the texture and meshes names are the same and they stay on the same folder location on the BSAs. Talking about the non-WMX version of course.
I'm currently making a mod with a friend of mine which adds an additional 36 Unique Weapons to the Mojave, he puts them into the game whereas I make the models and textures. As such, one of the unique weapons is a unique variant of the Knife. Instead of producing my own version of the unique knife which I originally intended to do, could I use this texture you have made for it instead? You will be credited for your work of course.
This texture is beautiful… I'd love to see you do more high quality retextures for other melee weapons in game, this is millennia level of skill right here.

EDIT: Hm... one thing I wanna suggest is to try and get your retexture to work without an esp, some games get buggy if there's a ton of esp files active, plus you can change the weapons texture without an esp so it seems unnecessary. Never the less I would love to see more melee weapon retextures from you. (You know... without esps.)
