This replaces all images for Mr House with one of Steve Carell, however Steve Carell has a Mr House esque moustache and the same green tint seen on all of the computers in the game.
To install simply place the 'Textures' folder into the 'DATA' folder found in your Fallout NV directory.
I did not create this image of Steve Carell, I have simply replaced Mr House with this image.
