This is an issue with vanilla, but I guess this mod has it too: When you store in containers or sell to merchants drinks affected by Implant, you'll get a message about Rads removing as if you're consumed those items.
Interesting. I assume that you coded something like (if item has rads, then remove rads) Or did you do this with a list? If this was done with a list then mod added items would still be bugged correct?
