Finally an ENB that doesn't turn new vegas into a damn tropical island, excellent work man.

Right? There just weren't any that didn't look like they had been smeared in oil, nor killed the eyes.

This looks really great, but before I install. Do I just put the files into the data folder? I've heard some emb just go into the fallout folder, but I dont wanna f*ck anything up

This is installed the same way as any other ENB. Just look up how to install ENB and it applies to all of them, unless special instructions are included the description.

You always need the main files from the ENBseries site first.

Thanks so much for this, my fav ENB because interior lighting is not too dark to make everything impossible to see!

Are you using this with Fellout? If you're using a different weather mod, expect it to look fucky.

Any possibility of a version with more performance?

I could make the variables constants, but that would only yield 2-3% more performance.

Honestly everything seems more flat in the distance with this preset. Not from lack of dumb after effects like DoF but just in general. It feels like a matte painting instead of a 3D environment.
And roads (and any concrete material really) and especially water are so blown out.
Hope I don't offend, but those are just my critiques.

Goldilocks indeed. Those screenshots look fantastic. Vastly improved over vanilla without being drenched in too many effects or overly saturated. Just right.

I have a question. I know this was optimized for NV but do you think it'll look good in Tale of Two Wastelands' DC world too?

If you use the TTW version of Fellout, then yes.

Do I use a mod manager such as FOMM to install this mod?

It's an ENB bro. You install it manually.
