    this is good mod but this conflicts with mod what gives radiation immunity can foun here in nexus just search it if you want fix it plus since fallout 76 when you join in enclave and go military wing then its working normal terminal you find log what tells info about creation of STEALTH BOY MK III and in that log there were discusion about creating it with infinite durablity but reason why it dont happened was that place was going to quarantine because other s#*! start happened some kind experiment creature start attack them their general were dead and they need new one modus raven rock president kind ai cause other die to keep quarantine to not to spread and it was something about toxic gas and i dont remember ever detail but they have posiblity create to stealth boy mk iii with infinite stealth field with on and off button or something like that but even they were bunker it couldnt save them from deep down of s#*! and in ground there were scourge remastered version of lonesome road ghouls i think because similatiers and because raiders responders free states who were midle of it and all them die almost those who survived seem came back after 1 year of vault 76 people to take over and rebuild starting from reclamation day and in the end before wastelander free dlc what continues your story year after player vault dweller from vault 76 maybe even first first lone wanderer not that player charater from fallout 3 because private server mode what requires membership becomes enclave general leader of the enclave and can choose where nuclear strike goes of course you need get back keycard and codepieces back from scorced and president modus is your boss i think except this and the raven rock ai is make to serve the enclave general i think and name president at this two are just ai who or least other try to message people of wasteland that the goverment is still kicking and their still are who rule except they lost place as rulers because the war what causes world to got ruins what gives chance to others try get that or just helped they survived easier by doing things what in united states of america in falloiut universe is not alloved and were sometimes being wrong or illegal or just in they way to rebuild world but sometimes when in they way it was costing inocent lives make sure that they do best to keep law of united states to force people survive with they way and sometimes because leadership were greed for example they were reclaiming project purity to do same thing what others but same time to stole it from its claimers who were doing same even it was property of united state but they were many time abonded it and they were even ready to murder and sabotage and then mass murder and then reclaim capital wasteland instead of tyrany they could cooperate negotigate and then if they try hold up of property of united states and not to going to under goverments protechtion then it need to take out of their way of enclave goal fall of enclave could be avoided if their leaders havent got too greed and make too much enemys also those experiments they could have respect human rights but they gone to mad scientest thats why brotherhood steel even started being exist because some in they enclave squad discovered fev experiments long before fallout 3 i think and wanted make sure that they stop those horrors so that group what maybe were group of united state of army become the brotherhood of steel and all those ranks paladin knight and so on were because so that some high officer could come to order them and rank were suppose being new light of hope for people of wasteland and could you modder go make some lore friendly stealth boy like that from 76

    You know, just minutes ago I was playing new Vegas and thought to myself "you know what would be cool? If you could wear a stealthboy indefinitely at the cost of continual radiation". So I look for it, and here I am, this deserves an endorsement for that alone.

    Basically, as used by the nightkin, Stealth Boys never get used up, which is inconsistent with the "consumable" Stealth Boy in the vanilla game. But if that were true, there must be another reason why humans don't use them more. Well, nightkin (as super mutants) are immune to radiation, and humans aren't. Hence, this mod.

    The rate of irradiation we went with is 8 rads per second, which about matches the maximum time that the vanilla version could be worn, but with different consequences (i.e. death).

      Future plans include adding further long-term or cumulative effects like addiction, madness, mutation and/or permanent skill loss (to be recovered only by further adventuring), possibly in combination with other new mods to come.

      The Stealth Boy in the original games had a limited charge, but lasted a LOT longer. You could turn them on and off to save their use time until you needed them. They also had no adverse affect on humans.

      ^ That. The madness aspect is a super mutant thing (nightkin more specifically). There is nothing to suggest it causes problems for humans.If anything they probably should consume either a energy cell or a Microfusion cell (giving you a empty) after 120 seconds.

      The nightkin-type super mutants have changed colour and gone crazy, despite their radiation resistance, through wearing activated stealth boys for years at a time. Which wouldn't be possible if they had to pop a cell every hour or so. Anyway, other mods provide the effects you describe.

    I think (considering that Dr.Henry told you that it's unlikely that stealth boys could affect humans) you should make them instead with a charge. I don't know, something like that they have "tot" uses.. Still, good idea on the whole.

      Yes. Well, not everything in New Vegas is internally consistent, and this mod basically ignores that bit of lore (assuming Doctor Henry isn't mistaken, or lying--though it's not apparent why he would be), in favour of everything else we know about Stealth Boys in the game, along with game balance. Take your pick.
