if there was an option to keep scratchy on a digital leash and prevent him from slaughtering anything and everyone in sight that would be great. like freeing him out a cage which key first must be reclaimed from a dead Sloan guy who died to a huge pack of giant rad scorpions somewhere around (hidden valley e.g.). to put some more quest in it and make him more domesticated (i wouldn't mind a shock collar on his neck to display that purpose) so he doesn't go on a rampage whenever some (for scratchy) hostile NPC is around. but I'm bad at programming so I cant do that my own, so id love to see you given this mod an update like such do make him a bit more controllable. If scratchy would lose his temper and kills e.g. the whole Gamohrra because I got attacked by one of the guards, that'd be fine for me
