Ooh, nice. Now I can replace Neat Clutter Retextures' replacer without having to uninstall the whole thing, remove the offending files, repack, and uninstall... because why would they think adding a Paper Mario texture onto the water bottle cap is a good idea???
Thanks for that mod, those are what makes NV still playable. And also thanks a lot for your Rika's guide. I don't know how many hours I have just spent reading it and re-modding my game! Like I thought WRP was vanilla match so long I have used it :/
Unfortunately I'm not sure what else I could do. I'd love to have the 1st Recon beret, but it uses a copy of the vanilla FO4 beret mesh. Even if it didn't, the patch is a separate section of the mesh, so the Conformulator won't work with it.
I'll for sure get around to the Aqua Pura (for use with TTW or just FO3), I just hadn't noticed there were files for it. Past that, most of the items have good retextures already. Somehow water bottles just never got any good ones. PM's textures for instance are great, and cover most of these.
"Because the visible seam from the vertex normals is unacceptable to me." So as I can see (just speculating), the seam is from the UV map, and is a bit unnatural. There's really not a true way of fixing seams, as it's a necessary part of the process when UV mapping, since the texture needs to be unfolded somehow to say the least. The best way to hide the UV map and most common method is putting it on the bottom of the mesh, so it's therefore not as visible. There are methods of hiding the seam in texturing, and keep in mind, some seams are less noticeable than others. In this case, it looks alright, and as long as it's an improvement to the other water bottle, it's good. In other words, it can be edited/improved, but it's alright the way it is already. Sorry for this (almost) paragraph long reply, thanks. I'm going to have to take a look at it later.
Hm, unfortunately I can't do much with the texture to fit a new UV. I know they can be minimized by fixing the vertex normals, like with "Better T6 & T6M", or Seamless Heads for Oblivion without changing the UVs. Unfortunately, Blender recalculates these automatically, you can't make it not do that, and I don't have access to the correct version of 3ds Max to work with FNV meshes.
Yeah, I mean even if you added a new UV seam on the bottom of the mesh, you would still need to add seams along the side to extend outwards. Now, I've tried to mask it out with the textures, but the seam is pretty broad in the mesh, so I would just leave it as it is. Usually it's said not to fix something that works, thanks for the reply.

It's only 2 more texture files, didn't see a reason in making a separate download.

Great job!
