Some basic tweaks made in xEdit, namely tweaks about making hardcore harder

YOU NEED, Dead Money, Honest Hearts, and Old World Blues, I may potentially remove/separate the DLC edits as a optional file (They are only food/drink tweaks)
Don't like something? use xEdit and rip it or change it out takes 2 minutes
Known issues, the HUD shows survival icons for the vanilla dehydration, etc levels
This mod changes a few things
- Removes vanilla food/drink health restoration
- Changes how dehydration/starvation/sleep deprivation/radiation works, making the effects take longer to kick in but insanely worse when they do (Detailed description below)
- Food items that were set to equipment type "Big guns" were changed to food (at least all the instances of this i found)
- Adds 2 extra ranks to "Life Giver"
- Makes the "Life Giver" perk give 25 health per rank for the first 2 ranks, and 50 for the last
- Sets the Timescale to 24 (Should be 1 hour real time=1 day in game time)
- Changes Evil/Good karma to -300/300 respectively (From the default of -250/250)
- Changes Very Evil/Very Good karma to -700/700 respectively (From the default of -750/750)
- The "Rad Child" perk regen has been halved on all but the highest radiation
Dehydration Stages
- Same as vanilla except starts at 300 dehydration
- Starts at 600 decreases endurance by 4, and perception by 2
- Starts at 800 decreases endurance by 7, perception by 5, and intelligence by 3
- Starts at 900 decreases endurance by 10, perception by 7, and intelligence by 7
Starvation Stages
- Same as vanilla except starts at 300 starvation
- Starts at 600 decreases strength by 4
- Starts at 800 decreases strength by 7, and perception by 5
- Starts at 900 decreases strength by 10, and perception by 7
Sleep Deprivation Stages
- Same as vanilla except starts at 300 Sleep Deprivation
- Starts at 600 decreases agility by 4, intelligence by 2, and charisma by 2
- Starts at 800 decreases agility by 7, intelligence by 5, endurance by 3, and charisma by 5
- Starts at 900 decreases agility by 10, intelligence by 7, endurance by 7, and charisma by 7
Radiation Stages
- Same as vanilla except starts at 300 Radiation
- Starts at 600 decreases endurance by 4, and agility by 2
- Starts at 800 decreases endurance by 7, agility by 5, and strength by 3
- Starts at 900 decreases endurance by 10, agility by 7, and strength by 7
