About this mod

A customizable ENB preset that has a balanced mix of warm and cool tones topped off with very bright and vibrant colors. This ENB is perfect for anyone who is tired of New Vegas' washed out amber color palette or just wants to add an overall fresher experience to New Vegas' atmosphere.

Requirements
Permissions and credits

I want to give a big thanks to Tru3th who gave me some tips on creating a good ENB preset.
Definitely go check out his work! I also want to thank Hitman47101 for
his incredible 47 Weather plugin
which made this ENB truly come to life. All
credits are listed below.

This ENB is actually a port of TKV5 ENB for Skyrim which somehow ended up looking incredible in New Vegas
after making some necessary tweaks. The prepass and depth of field are from
Kyokoshinoyama's K ENB and SkyrimTuner's Realvision ENB.

Latest ENB binaries
47 Weather plugin (The ENB comes with it)

Obviously, this ENB is incompatible with Nevada Skies as that introduces new weather and looks quite
unpleasant with this preset. Realistic Wasteland Lighting, however, is very compatible if you want
to add some new and improved lighting. I personally think it looks best with 47 Weather by itself.

A Texture Pack: NMC's, Ojo Bueno or whatever you prefer.
Mojave Sandy Desert: This is optional, but it gives the sand a wavy look and compliments ENBs well.
ELECTRO-CITY: The vibrance in Exotic ENB really brings out the ugliness of some of the lights
so this is a must have.

If this isn't your first ENB and you are running another ENB currently, make sure to delete every file
related to your current ENB, otherwise, your ENB could mix with mine and look totally different from the pictures.

ENBseries: Go to the ENBDev website linked below and download the latest version of the
Fallout New Vegas ENBSeries. Extract the downloaded file and open the "wrapper version" folder.
Locate the d3d9.dll file and copy and paste it into your Fallout New Vegas directory located
at Program Files (X86), Steam, Steamapps, Common, Fallout New Vegas. The d3d9.dll
should be in the same location as your FalloutNV.exe. However, if you use the 4GB patch,
it's possible that you have a folder in your directory called "exes." If so, put the d3d9.dll
in there. Apparently, ENBseries doesn't work properly when you have that folder. I personally
don't have it but I just wanted to clarify for those that do.

The ENB: Download the file and extract it. Copy and paste all of the files into your
Fallout New Vegas directory, located at Program Files (X86), Steam, Steamapps, Common, Fallout New Vegas.
Then, go into your preferred mod manager and make sure that 47 ENB Weather.esp is ticked, otherwise, the ENB will not look right.
Be sure to also turn off Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering in the launcher menu or you will run into visual bugs.
Also, make sure that HDR is checked in the launcher menu and that you have water displacement disabled in "Advanced."

Boris Vorontsov for creating ENB
Hitman47101 for creating 47 Weather
Marcurios for creating 47 Weather's beautiful clouds
Idaelt for his amazing TKV5 Skyrim preset
Tru3th for the tips on improving the ENB
Raider and Piperoffarts for beta testing the ENB
