Brighter Larger Radius Pip-Boy Light (I recommend the x6 version, must download main file first.)

Also don't forget http://enbdev.com/ you need the wrapper version, just the dll file.

This ENB gives the game that punch to it, the ENB serves with a nice depth of field, spectacular lighting, and awesome/scary nights.
This ENB shouldn't impact your games FPS by much, and make sure you turn off Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering for best performance or your gonna get bad results.
