i get it, I had a weak PC for the longest time, and I only just got a PC that can handle higher end games about 4 months ago. Hope you are able to upgrade in the near future. Its honestly so worth it. But honestly, you aren't missing much with FO4, Story is pretty bad, and writing is half assed. The only good part of it is the combat in all honesty. And the weapon mods.
Thank you for such optimistic forecasts, my friend. But I'm afraid updating my "iron" will not be soon. Yes, I played F4 on my little brother's laptop, I really liked it, and you can do a lot of good and interesting things.)
It is a really fun game at first, but after u complete it, you look back on it and wonder "How the hell did this take 7 years to make?" Theres little to no replay-ability. And Its sad that it needs such a highend PC for no reason, the textures are almost 4x the resolution of their quality, and shadows are rendered with your CPU, so that drops frames a TON if u dont have a beefy cpu that costs almost 300 bucks.
Also one texture here that coupld be improved is the pin, it looks plasticy and drawn on now that i look at it, Im sure you'll pick up on it sooner or later, but otherwise the whole thing looks great
