   I think it would be better to use ECP rather than MF since it is a Tesla weapon, but that's just my opinion. Great weapon though!

   does this weapon get the effect of perks & energy weapon skills?

      yes it does it counts as an energy weapon

   Btw you can find it in the HELIOS One power plant at the same place where you get the terminal password
