I really interested in this mod but i still have a few things i wanted to ask about the armor itself:

1, is the armor a faction armor similar to that of the centurion armor or the ncr ranger armor

2, do the usage of the armor require the perk power armor training or does it behave more like the ncr salvaged power armor

3, do the armor have any extra benefits or perks (you don't really have to answer this question but it will be great if you do)

Does this mod conflict with the Legion safehouse overhaul in the Caesar's new Regime mod.

The Menu wont pop up when I start the game and I know its from this mod. Could it be a mod conflict?

If this is counted as a Legion disguise, I'll cry. I've been looking for the Hellfire armor for ages, I'd hate to have to be a Legion crony to wear this thing.

As a Warhammer 40k player, this totally reminds me of the Blood Angels' Death Company. Awesome!

The mod seems not to be working for me. I put all files into the Data order and even ripped textures and meshes from fallout 3's broken Steel but it still won't work. It's an exclamation point and when I wear it it's completly invisible

The mod doesn't require you to rip the files (as I already did so to make the edits), just copying the textures/meshes folders and .esp into the data folder should work.

This is cool. I think it could use a bit more variation - maybe make the "X" shapes look sort of haphazardly spray-painted on, or replace the one on the torso with the legion's bull emblem.

Also, I've got a concern - if I'm not mistaken, the Hellfire armor isn't included in the New Vegas files, correct? You'd need to pull it from Fallout 3? If so, I'd make Tale of Two Wastelands a master/requirement so that people need to have Fallout 3/TTW in order to use this(Or, if you already do have TTW as a requirement, mention that in the tags/description). Otherwise, I'm pretty sure your mod could be at risk of being taken down for using assets from a different game without permission.

not that it really matters either way but i never did get why Bethesda is like that. Easily 1/4 of the new Vegas assets are left over anyways

It's a little annoying, but part of it is just the Nexus making sure we're in good legal standing and the whole network isn't gonna be taken down over something stupid like "oh you ported this power armor without permission". Or, if some people decided to just port over all of Fallout 3 as a mod like TTW, except you don't have to purchase FO3 like you do as it is... I'm sure that would get a rise out of Bethesda.

from what I remember, specifically Bethesda has issue with the ports because of licensing issues with people who helped make the individual titles, weirdly specific legal stuff, as I remember anyways. Game banana has a similar thing about content, but the way they handle it is if you f*#@ up somehow your account just gets terminated, so it doesn't fall on them.

I planned on doing the Legion's Bull across the chest, but to be honest my photoship skills are somewhat limited.

The hellfire armor itself isn't in the FNV files...but, oddly enough, the gloves and enhancements are.

That's because New Vegas is basically a stand-alone DLC for Fallout 3, albeit a very good one.

I'll consider it, but I probably won't do anything with it until this mod is finished.

The armor set is inside the Legion Safehouse. You need to be respected by the Legion to gain access.
