This mod streamlines the requirements of the "Cowboy" perk with the "Grunt" ones.

Before:
Level 8, Guns 45, Melee 45

After:
Level 8, Guns 45, Melee 20

Just like "Grunt" requires Level 8, Guns 45, Explosives 20

Nothing fancy.

This mod only requires the base game and it shouldn't have any conflicts with the DLCs and/or Yukichigai Unofficial Patch - YUP since it only changes a single entry in the perk and nothing in any formlists.
