Nice work, I love the clutter and other special stuff - like the awesome floor tiles in the bathroom :-) As always with homes, I'd prefer static clutter to preserve the original look and feel but what can you do.
I've unfortunately been in a lull with updating this one, but my other two are fully static :] but thank you for appreciating the details- I wasn't sure if anyone had noticed the tiles!
I love this new layout the most from all Novac apartment mods but there is anyway of disable all the items than spawn for free? is too OP for someone looking for a actual playthrough
Of all the recommended Novac players room mod, this mod not only up the visual content of the interior but also maintain texture quality and lore alignment with the exterior of the building. I would choose this over the other luxurious replacers to better aligning the in and out.
Oh my god--I usually don't comment on mods but... this is just gorgeous! It reminds me of Elianora's work, just a bit toned down. I haven't used it ingame yet but this is just gorgeous,,,
Honestly I could! I was working on a more ambitious one in the nipton road reststop but my GECK refuses to make allow me to access the dialogue box, That might be a better option to tide me over. If you have anything specific you want for it let me know and I'll see what i can do :]
it is perfectly fine to install mid playthrough- just make sure if you have any items in the containers to take them out beforehand just keep them safe!
Fantastic mod! The apartment doesn't look too extravagant and out of place where it takes you off of the immersion of the otherwise shabby Novac. This mod apartment has the perfect balance of nice furniture but where it's not taken too far. Very cozy home for my Courier. Thank you!

at first, i had items left in it, so i emptied the safe, disabled the mod, loaded NV, re-enabled the mod, and loaded again. it didn't fix it sadly.
