Hey guys! Been a long time coming, but PM's HD Ammo Boxes version 1.2 fixes any shininess caused by bright normalmaps that was present in the original version. For good measure I've thrown in a retexture of the BB can.
For Fallout 3 players, I've put up a version including .32 rounds and Darts on the Fallout 3 Nexus. Check it out!
Howdy all, just a few notes about these textures since I know not everyone reads the description:
- If you're not that interested in reading the labels, I would recommend the 1K textures. Ammo boxes are SUPER small in-game; if you're not zooming in you're unlikely to see the difference between 4K and 1K. - The normalmaps can be a bit shiny in some lighting conditions. If anyone is good with normals and wants to help out, let me know. - Your kindness is a gift to those that encounter it. __
V1.1 - .22 LR Ranch Defender logo changed from coyote to prarie dog. - .22 LR cartridges changed from centerfire to rimfire. - Minor fix on .45-70 Gov't
I know you probably won't see this, but just in case I'd like to ask if you could please do a retexture on the 5mm case in the game? All other ammo looks great but then looking at the textures for the 5mm case in contrast to your edits is just jarring. Plus it's a bigger item too so the low texture size is more noticeable. Anyways I love your retextures and I hope you see this
I know the last update was in 2019, but was wondering if you were ever interested in fixing up the horrible 40mm grenade ammo model, which was originally the 308 round model in FO3.
wish this took care of the 5mm boxes aswell, those are especially hideous when on display. i'll see if i can replace that one myself. thanks for the mod!
