The first time I saw this hat in F4, I found it kind silly and out of context in the game. When I put it, I couldn´t take it off anymore.
when I came back to NV, I was disappointed that we did not have this hat around here. When I saw the author's tricorn, I knew he was the right man for the job.
I daresay this is an EXACT reproduction of my F4 character in NV. (only thing missing is the hairstyle, same as the guy in Assassins Creed Renegate)

You know what? I'm inspired to make a costume for this hat. This is the alpha test
If I can do it myself? Probably. Would it be better with a partnership? Certainly.
If you cheer up, I like that someone else make the colors, I'M AWFUL in that industry. If not, thats ok too, it's not like I have not asked enough =p =p =p

Although FNV is a futuristic game, I like to work on mods like this! I might be weird, but I like to wear outfits of the 18th century
