Be careful with this, it does what it says perfectly, but because Fallout is notoriously buggy, it causes some scripts not to trigger because it applies to NPCs as well. If they reach their mark quicker than what the game expects, it doesn't know what to do. This happened with the Van Graff intro and the last speech from Come Fly With Me, causing them to just stand there and not progress their respective sections.
