I don't understand exactly what you mean, I can see in some that their skin doesnt look normal, but that is just this enb that I'm using. I'll upload some better screenshots. Thanks for the comment!
He might be having the "dark face" problem. That usually comes from not using an esm on npcs, but since you're using the esm version of Mojave Delight, that shouldn't be an issue. Maybe he needs to reload from a save from before he met the character. In a few cases, people have had to restart from the beginning to avoid the issue. There's TONS of posts about the dark face issue in all Bethesda games that pop up in google.
JLF, I notice that I have it too occasionally, it all depends on what weather is active with this enb I am using. But thanks for the info! I had no idea.
