   First time loading into the game the loading wheel looks fine, but after that it kinda bugs out and looks like that, no matter the action (whether it is loading save file or changing locations):

      Same. Fixed it by deleting conflicting files from NMC, location is something like: NMC texture/textures/interface/loading.

      Must be on your end. Make sure nothing overwrites this mod.

      I had this happen, what fixed it for me was I set my iTexMipMapSkip equal to 0 in my ini file

   Thank you to HeroinZero for this mod. A nice clean and simple lore friendly Vault-Tec loading wheel that could have been part of the default, and makes for a nice change.

   It kinda bugs out when I play the game on "low" settings. It's either invisible or a glitchy square. Works fine on medium.

      Probably has to do something with texture quality.
      If your pc is too weak to handle medium graphics preset maybe try low preset with medium textures?

      My PC can run the game on high just fine with a few performance mods.

      The textures for the wheel are still messed up on medium settings.

      OK, I can make a test version which will supposedly fix this, but I'm too lazy to redownload New Vegas to test it myself, are you ready to test it?

   i'm missing the loading_menu.xml so I can't turn it green sadly to match the rest of my UI. There a mod that does that out there?
