Hello everybody! This is a quick mod that adds four simple outfits and a piece of headgear. Available for both males (Breeze) and females (Type V).
The file requires no DLC, so it should be safe for everybody to use. Still, you should always make a backup save before installing ANY mod, in case something goes wrong.
>WHAT
A simple outfit featuring shorts, tanktop and sneakers. The version for males uses Breeze's body, while the female one is meant for Type V - although the textures will work with any other "Type" body. It's simply the proportions that will be a bit different.
The textures included are for Nuka Quantum, Sunset Sarsaparilla, Nuka Cherry and Vim!, based on the beautiful work of PaigeOuttaHistory and used with express permission. These come bundled with spiked bracelets and necklaces to minimize seams while looking fashionable.
I also included a simple umbrella hat, because why not, really. The model and textures for this, as well as the spiked bracelets, were made by the amazing GioMetal - thank you! <3
Everything comes with ground objects for your convenience.
Feel free to use these in your mods or whatnot with credit and a link to this page - these are mostly a modder's resource. I just wanted a male tanktop outfit and hoped to try my hand at Blender after I spotted a version with a tee in Kristina's Closet by the very skilled jonas opines.
>NOTES
I don't really care if these are lore-friendly or not. If you don't like them, just don't use them. Simple. Complainers will be removed and possibly blocked.
No plans are on at the moment to make these compatible with other body mods, but anyone is welcome to do it.
The textures of the outfits are based on vanilla so they're not all that high res. I am aware they're nothing to write home about. The bracelets and umbrella hat, however, have 2K textures for maximum prettiness. If you play on a coal-powered machine you may get some performance loss with those. Feel free to downscale the textures yourself.
>WHERE
A respawning crate in Goodsprings, near the center of town by a windmill. Check the pictures for the exact location.
>HOW
To install, extract the contents of your downloaded file to your "Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout New Vegas/Data" folder. Then activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp. Or you can use your mod manager of choice to download the mod automatically. To uninstall, simply delete the files from your Data folder, and you're good to go. Have fun!
