      Unfortunately, RoyBatty is a douchebag, but I had planned on doing this but lost my files or I would have.
      (RoyBatty has nothing to do with the reason I didn't do this, he's just a huge dick and I am banned from his TTW discord server.)

      the only issue with that is not even the skyblivion team knows how to stop the spinning and zooming on those loading screens, i will definitely make it for Fallout 4 and Skyrim once someone figures out how to make the loading screens static.

      I found several ways to do it but I would need permissions from a mod author. I'm not great with people, so I don't know if I'll do it.

      Yes, go to your fallout directory, then data, then interface, loading, and then you can remove any ones you want

      Agreed and exactly what I was gonna recommend. This mod has a lot of potential. The low res loading screens of this game have always bugged me.

      It's a shame the much better original ones were removed from the game last minute.
