So... I installed this, loaded an Auto Save, did all my testing, finished, and finally uninstalled.
I deleted that AutoSave because it was purely where I was testing some mod changes, now I load a Full Save, the mouse doesn't respond and the game totally freezes after a couple of seconds. Loaded previous Full Saves that I make periodically as I play, in all of them happens almost the same... In one of them, I'm able to open my Pip-Boy but other than that the screen turns to something I can not describe, all like textures gibberish. Then went to Config and noticed this mods' ini folder was still there so I moved it out of there (didn't delete it, just in case) but this changed nothing. So I decided to reinstall this tool, loaded the Full Save I mentioned (because I can't make autosaves without playing, tho coming to think about it maybe I should've tried a new game) and the tool initialized all right, my mouse responded (though with what I guess is the default sensibility of the game because it was much lower) and the game didn't crash...
In other words, I'm having problems upon uninstalling this tool... So Uhm, help?
EDIT: Solved (?). Installed the tool again, uninstalled again, deleted this tool's Config folder again, launched and loaded my save, no problem... So I gues Vortex jinx'd the first uninstall somehow, maybe? I don't know... it just works.
Be aware - make sure you have your controls however you want them when you first install this. Once it is installed and once you save your game things are baked into you save that cannot be unbaked, and if your controls weren't as you wanted them you may then be drinking the juice of snafu permanently from every point after your last clean save in terms of using these scripts.
If you are able to tell me the reference I've made in the preceding paragraph I will make record of you as a luminary of the ages, and you shall then be listed among the great and terrible.
I can't believe I'm finding this jewel after 100 hours of playing! Amazing job.
I doubt you're still working on this, still in the off-chance you are, a search next option would be great too, sorry for the pretentious suggestion haha. That and the shared keyboard DX codes are the only minor remarks I can make. Excellent regardless.
Nice work, should have a lot more popularity than it does. Very simple to do, but perhaps most people who install mods don't know what any of this is lol
Sometimes when i try to search 'fJumpFallHeightMin', the script does not recognize the 'f' key. Also, when i use the 'sgtm' function less the 1 to check if my scripts changed fJumpFallHeightMin while jumping, the Edit Box does not add what i type. Am i doing something wrong?
Thanks! 'f' block in 1st person is caused by mouse wheel override, I forgot to remove " DisableControl 13". Now about SGTM and low response. I'm using pretty quick script delay for keyboard (0.02), but low SGTM slows it down drastically. Released hotfix. It should fix all these problems. Tho, be advised, while using low SGTM, UI list update will have delays anyway. I can speed it up, but it's going to devastate the FPS under "SGTM 1". So yeah, sacrifices.
Will this allow me to stop the game recording information such as "Stimpaks Used", "Speech Successes", "Water Drunk" etc? If not stop it from recording them, can it let me/automatically set them back to zero?
I know it's silly, but it irks me very much to have such information recorded permanently in my characters pipboy data. Yes, it is how the game rewards you for doing (or accidentally) Challenges, but I still don't like it...
Can't promise that I will make it, but it shouldn't be very hard to make an MCM menu that will reset or keep such records at zero. I'll look into it 2night.
Whilst I don't believe this mod allows for such changes, I've been wondering if there's a mod that could change weather color values for sky, clouds, etc on the fly in real-time so that I could tailor a weather to an ENB when in-game without having to use guess work.
Is this a feature that could be implemented in future if it is within the scope of this mod? Or, is there already a mod out there that already does this kind of feature?
Such mod doesn't exist. And it's not within the scope of this particular mod. But as long as functions exist (and they do, in JIP) - such mod is possible. And I probably won't make it, or will, but not anytime soon.
Huh, well I did install Lutana version 19.0b5 before I installed this. Perhaps I didn't install it correctly. If this is the reason you can only think of, then I'll continue to check it out on my end. Thanks for pointing me in a direction.
As suspected, my install of Lutana was incorrect. I used the mod organizer to install it for me, but the Lutana Zip file only had the .DLL file by itself with no file directory. So the MO just dumped the file in my Data folder, instead of Data/Nvse folder. Thanks for the help, and you did a great job with this. Endorsed.

I never expected it to be popular in the first place. It's a tool, not a gameplay feature)

If you feel inclined in the future to create such a mod I would be very grateful.

you need to install Lutana 19 beta 5
