Finally found out how to create .EGM's through a complete guess. Added .EGM's for Neck Models. .EGM Part Reordered to avoid confusion

Details on how to properly create eyes and other headparts. Ignore the Part 1 name, I was too lazy to remove it.

Fixed positioning of red circle and added more BSShaderPP settings for hairs
