I was wondering, is it possible to disable Rex's growl when your weapon is out, and maybe enable it only when you are in danger or caution? If so would you add it to the mod? Thanks!
Hey! First of all your mods are great, i use a lot of them and it makes my game more simple, dynamic and lots of fun. Thanks! But i think there's a problem with this mod (or maybe i made something wrong): When Ed-e unlocks any hidden message or gets a call from brotherhood or followers the dialogue just skips... You can hear the records properly if you talk with ed-e again but the message from both groups are just gone. There's no break on the missions, it just jumps without dialogue. However i try to remove with fnvedit the Creature record with the audiotemplates from your mod and it seems to fix the problem. Anyway i love this mod, makes a lot more sense for the companions!!
Is that from this mod? I was getting this in my game as well and trying to figure out what was causing it. When ED-E receives the broadcasts, the messages fly by super-fast.
Nevermind, I removed the records mentioned here from the mod and started a new game. To my surprise, the issue with ED-E's transmission logs not playing properly still occurred. Looks like I need to investigate more.
i think its a vanilla bug. i experienced the same when i played vanilla + texture mods only. i managed to set it right by using console commands in that playthrough.
I have this bug as well. I tested and this mod is not at fault. It seems very random and hard to pin down. Sometimes changing cells fixes the broken audiologs, other times they break again from one dialogue instance to the other. I had it break in the middle of the log as well and just skip the rest of it entirely. I'm not sure what causes it since I stripped my loadorder almost entirely (kept NVSE, YUP, NVTF and NVAC enabled) and it keeps happening. If someone else experiences it, just replay the logs until they work correctly. Try switching cells as well.
EDIT: I was able to prevent this from happening by skipping ED-E's beeping when you first talk to him. Whenever I didn't click to get the dialogue options faster it would just skip the recordings (as well as any other beeping from other options) altogether.

You really think he's going to update a mod 6 years later? He's never even updated it period as that's the initial release date as well.

Again, this bug cannot be caused by this mod.
