Adds a small fully-exterior home in the area of the modern-day vast suburbs of Enterprise, Nevada. Based around a lush garden courtyard, it includes all accommodations you'd typically expect of a home as well as a variety of custom features and luxuries.

- LOCATION -
The house is located West-Southwest of Hunter's Farm and Southeast of Whittaker Farmstead.
The key is on the body of a Powder Ganger in the deathclaw cave just south of the house. (come prepared)
