This mod effectively adds rank 2 of the Idiot Savant perk from Fallout 4 to the game. You randomly gain 5x experience for any action, and the lower your Intelligence, the higher the chance. Note that unlike in Fallout 4, you will not receive any notification of the additional XP.

I went with the 5x XP from the very start because in NV, bonus experience is worth much less than in 4, and perks come half as often. Not to mention the lower amount of skill points per level for a lower intelligence (even if the levels themselves are faster). Let me know if you think it's under- or overpowered.
