This adds a 1874 Sharps Carbine to the wasteland. It can be found in a locker, in the Goodsprings Gas Station. (This is the most up to date version! Includes the iron sights fix, and the fix for the spelling error. Also fixes the explode on hit effect.)

Fixes a bug where there is 1 mod available and it changes the mesh back to the brush gun. Also adds a Texture Set in the GECK, so the gun reflects properly now!

This lowers the damage that the rifle does.
