holy s#*! the radios are kinda strong lol. a group of them can take down like 6 nidokings (deathclaw companions) or like 100 molerats I spawned with a molerat gun like nothing. they also seem to be really good at crippling my head and have a habit of critting me for half my health. explosives seemed to not do a ton either, maybe because they're off the ground a bit and take less damage, beating ass with melee worked though with some classic circle strafing in their face, could fight some damageless in smaller numbers or when distracted.
they also have a nasty habit of just spawning like right after you fought some, like I fast travel to a doctor after an encounter, fast travel back, walk a few steps and round 2 b&@*$, get ready to fight.
wish the base marked where the keycards were as part of the quest. not sure what the dates written on the stuff in the supply room was for if it even did anything.
idk if it's a bug, but I can't melee them in vats for some reason, just 0%. maybe because they have no body and are just a floating head and it's trying to hit a non existent hitbox.
overall killer mod, recommend, the radios blasting frank sinatra in my face somehow didnt dcma me or get my vod muted, so that's good. it was overall a good time, but like dang these things do kick your ass, if you're looking to not get your ass kicked, then avoid, but if you think that's fun and want to get jumped by flying radios, this mod rules.
Aha, glad you enjoyed! The dates are just references to things pertaining to Al Chestbreach's lore, nothing in particular with this mod, just meant to make it seem like they have been observing him for a while.
jee, i wonder who this mod was intended for. could it be someone with a successful mod review channel who holds a particular hatred for radios, even has a mod that can kill them? hmm if i dont know better id say someone designed a mod like this to catch the attention of this proposed mod reviewer.
the mod was great but there were a few issues, one of them being that I could not properly attack a radio during an ambush due to the fact that it keeps on rapidly moving but I managed to fight the ambush off, next after destroying a radio randomly the game crashes for some reason, otherwise this mod is great!
Honestly I never intended to release that publicly, it was just for Al to use in his videos. However if people are interested I will release it as is as a separate thing.
Attack the Radios was an hilarious experience based off of Alchestbreach (One of my favorite YouTube channels, mind you.) I enjoyed the experience and having a thrill knowing the Radios may appear at any moment, and they gave me quite a challenge, definitely hard to hit whennot using VATS. I enjoyed the short lore the game gave you for the origins of the killer Radios, and how quickly they were organized. I was busy laughing a bunch playing this. Good job!

Its alchestbreach....
fuckin al...chest...breach
The part where it says: 'Al Chestbreach - For providing inspiration for the whole mod.'
EDIT: Never mind, I found it. Turns out it had been blown into a corner via my weapon of choice.
That's not very safe.
