Texture looks really good! Other versions of different brands would be cool. Something like Older Winchester or Remington UMC or maybe even CCI. Just wanted to ask though. Why do the rounds look like they are centerfire cartridges?
Yeh I was thinking that too, if i could find decent pictures out there that are not horrible, I would really love to do them. Most of them are really bad.
If I had my 22 anymore, i would have the ammo and i would be scanning those in the correct way. All 6 sides.
Although what I want one 1 day I want to make muliple Boxes of all different kinds which is gonna be work, but that will come alot later.
If you have any pictures please PM them to me, if you have ammo boxes and can scan in all 6 sides in HI RES, I will take them happily and put them in. Since I cant find much online anymore.
Hypothetically speaking if you made a Winchester Whitebox (http://cartridgecollectors.org/images/collecting-newer-22-boxes/wildcat.jpg this style) Would you be able to put an "X" on the bottom of the cartridge case. Thats all thats down there. Also do you plan on making some more? Sad the NV doesnt have alot of ammo types like 30-06. Would love to see an old US GI style box of that

I well I have alot that are not 'published' yet, Due to I dont want to spam the whole 'new files' I tend to put out 1 per day actually. I have done so far all the objects that MG's Clutter pack, and NMC's didn't do...which were all the ammo boxes and the mines/grenades(dont get me started on those the powdercharge was a joke) Then After all those are individually uploaded I will make a whole pack for everything, cause some people I know only want 1 thing vs a whole pack, so that is how I decided to do it.
Personally I like the .308(30-06 in the game *rolls eyes*) That I did, since I got permission from Hornaday to use their box... Kinda fit in the game I, and Anna Who i talked to just laughed cause she plays FONV and she said it would fit perfectly...she just hopes it comes out good enough. Sadly she coudln't supply me with the box itself or the pictures, but I think I them sufficient enough online.
I did see the Old US type but If you can get me a good 4-6(6 sided if all the sides are different)sided scanned in Box of that one I will make it. I couldnt find one that was decent enough to use.
If I had a good camera I would try to get you a few good pics of a a few Different boxes. I have boxes of ammo made in the US, Austria, Pakistan, Greece, Columbia and a few other places but I dont know how well that would transfer over onto the 308 ammo box in the game. I just looks a little too short to be a box of 308
Yeh same thing I wondered BUT the original texture did have a centerfire, it wasent rimfire...which I found kinda interesting. Maybe 200 years later they came up with the ability? IDK, but then it also makes you think, how can you Reload 22 ammo if it is rimfire right? So... congruity aside, I figured i would make the 22 least look a little better although not congruent with what is RL. But again 200+ years in the future you never know.
