sup shinyhax, currently working on a cm4a1 knvse set. but in my set i would like to have animated ironsights. in the ISanims.txt file u mention to import your 1hpaimIS.kf... but where do i get it from?
The camera position is incorrect in the rigs it's over 12.something while on the skeleton it is Z 118.00 (in nifskope). This results in misplaced animations in Fallout 3 if you use the rig as is. Anyone that uses this for FO3, make sure the campos Z is set to 11.8 before you start positioning nodes and weapons. if then the result is still misaligned, the weapon needs to be adjusted in the weapon mesh. X 0 - Y 3.74 -Z 11.8 is the proper position for the camera
The tutorial is invaluable though, couldn't have learned this stuff without it ! So thanks a million for that, you're the best !
Of course. Honestly it was long overdue, most people have moved to F4. Maybe, one day, when FNV gets rediscovered, new animators will find this tutorial.
Thank you for the tutorial. but i can't seem to get a hold of NIF Scripts 2.5.5, the download moved and there only the source code is available for download. Is there anything that can be done? Anyways, thank you again for this tutorial.
