The incomplete 1.3 update. A lot of new/changed stuff but it's entirely untested and unfinished as I'm no longer playing/modding FNV, use at your own risk. Anyone is free to release patches, Happy trails.
Simply removes the dumb sway/wobble effect for pistols, rifles and assault rifles, I no longer recommend using this due to potential game balance changes, but if you want to not be drunk all the time this is an option.
