I'm leaving this here for posterity as it seems a lot of people are still trying this mod in 2023. As you can see in the comments and bug reports this mod is riddled with problems. This is because the mod hasn't received an update in over 7 years. Not only that but the mod never even had a 1.0 release, meaning it's not even close to being fully realized. I doubt the uploader has even looked at this page in years. Feel free to download it but coming on this page and posting about bugs is pointless, you will receive 0 support.
I'm playing with Powered Power Armor and whenever i get inside a frame with power armor or not my character becomes slower until i reach a point where i can't even move anymore
So I ran into a pretty big problem, mod was working fine for a while, left my frame with power armor in a safe place, returned a few hours later to tall naked man with no power armour equipped standing where I left my armor. He doesn't have my armor in his inventory and equipping the naked man/frame doesn't equip the frame onto the player, instead of just disappears.
Anyone else experienced anything like that happening? Had to use the console to get my armor back.
Edit: Turns out this and another problem I have with companions wearing power armor crashing the game on cell changes are known bugs that haven't been fixed. Always check the bug reports before using a mod guys, else you'll end up having to figure out a way to rip the mod out of your game safely like I'm gonna have to do in this case.
I'm truly sorry about that. These bugs are very tricky to fix because of the way the game's engine works. I've been considering redesigning my system for the mod, but I'm now in university and it's hard to find the time to work on mods.
Hey no worries man, I understand, life comes first. I managed to edit the scripts to allow me to equip power armour like normal, removed distribution of the frames and reverted the scale of the NPCs I had already encountered. Other then an esp that now doesn't really do anything for me there's no harm done.
