I'm guessing he tested his edit and it worked fine, but then changed the file name right before zipping it up and releasing it, without knowing it would cause any problems. Many MCM configurable mods have their MCM menu broken if the .esp name doesn't match the original. It's something to keep in mind if you ever have trouble with a mod's MCM menu not showing up.
Looks good, only issue is that the file has FalloutNV.esm and all the DLC listed as masters, when it shouldn't require any master files at all, which means people without the DLC can no longer use this mod. You can fix this by opening the file in FNVEdit, right clicking it, and selecting "Clean Masters".
Sorry I did not answer for a long time - I am a rare guest here. If you didnt solve this problem already - I uploaded file with exactly the same file name as original, just overwrite the original file with mine

For anyone who can't get MCM to show up, just delete the "_fixed" from the filename, lol.
The mod doesnt overwrite more realistic aiming, instead it gives me two plugins.
It looks like this:
More Realistic Aiming.esp
More Realistic Aiming fixed.esp
I added "_fixed" to name of this esp so that no one confused while testing it.
The name of the esp makes no difference unless this esp became a part of merged patch.
