The More Realistic Aiming by Pelinor is great, I can't imagine to play without it. This great mod is HERE
But script had one tiny accidential mistake - prevented you from ajust impact of sleep deprivation penalty, wich in my opinion is one of most influential factors.
Pelinor didn't answer on requests to solve this issue, so until he return, fix and reupload file on his page, I uploaded fixed .esp here for fans of this immersive mod.
Installation: overwrite .esp with my file, then check your settings and rearrange if needed.
All credits are Pelinor's, I just fixed one value in his script.
