Supercosy, with nice additions and swappable decorations. A snow cabin indeed.

This is a criminally under endorsed mod. I will give one tip without spoiling, just make a save before entering, k?

Now this is the interior i like! Among the top-quality playerhome mods IMO. Surroundings are little inconvenient though, but love the snowy hills too.

I found with the follower Wendy Gilbert she does not recognize the bed. When you stand next to the bed and tell her to sleep until you wake her she cannot find the bed.

Dunno why that would be. Is it just the queen bed or the bunks? Some of the bunks are activators, not real beds. Hm... all I can think of is that it may be an issue either with the queen bed belonging to the player, or because the bed has an enable parent (which I doubt causes issues). You should ask in the Wendy page to see if the author can help you out.

    Two things I've seen with Willow inside the cabin...dunno if either are directly caused by the cabin but I thought I'd bring them up, just in case;

    - she likes to stand on the back of the couch. A lot. Usually within minutes of her arriving, she's up there.
    - she doesn't seem to be able to follow my character out to the porch; instead, she gets tangled up in the wall by the front door. Going back inside sorts her out.

    Still, amazing work overall!

Not sure about the first thing (there are door and COC markers properly placed), but I know about the porch. It's because of two reasons.

      1. I am terrified of messing with exterior navmeshes -- the chance of my clumsy hands destroying the game is just too damn high.
      2. My poor computer DIES every time I have to edit exterior navmeshes -- the FPS in the GECK literally goes to 4 or 5 FPS. It's a nightmare. I fiddled with the navmesh outside the cabin a bit, but yeah, the porch is fiddly, sadly.

I don't think I'll get to redo the navmesh outside the cabin until I get a better computer. Sorry

Neither are that big a deal tbh (and it just now occurred to me that I may be able to get Willow out to the porch via her radio), and hardly a deal-breaker. I'll just keep pulling her off the furniture as needed.

Thanks for the mod! I beat Fallout 4 once or twice and even built a PC to play it but just couldn't get into it like I did New Vegas. Glad to see that there are still tons of mod support for NV!

The mod is great, but as I haven't invested anything into lockpicking I had to console the door open. I just couldn't find the dead masters. I looked at the "spoiler" picture. But he/she wasn't even there. I looked all around elsewhere I could think off.

Also, where is the drug factory? Can't remember the name now, nor could I find the medical station.

Thanks in advance for answers and the mod

You need to talk to the robot first before the masters appear. What dialogue options did you choose? Did you actually talk to the robot? And I don't know what you mean about the drug factory, but the lab and healing kit are in the bathroom, on top of the cabinet above the sink.

I did talk to the robot. It went cray cray and deleted everything. (Which was sad as I loved the voice <3 ).
After I was inside, I checked again and didn't see the master anyway

I still don't understand what you're doing. What dialogue options did you choose?

Dear God, can you please just tell me the dialogue options you chose when you talked to the robot so I can figure it out? Please?

"I'm (player name). Sorry, just looking around."
      "Hm... don't think so."
      Passing speech check on 55.
      "They're probably dead"
Gets key to the house and Boxhall deletes himself.
Checks and no master to be found.

I tried again not passing survival check and ignoring the speech check. I got locked out and looked at marked spot for the master. Found his boots, campfire and some loot.

Edit: I later went back to the house, bought it and he still deletes himself. Which is meant to happen

Well, that is it, then -- the mod is working as intended. In the first part, when you passed the speech check, you finished his dialogue without meeting the masters and got the house right away. The other one without the speech check makes it so you have to find the boots first and get the holotape back to him (it's a female by the way). In all cases the robot wipes his memory and you get the house and key. So it's all working correctly.

What exactly were you expecting? Did you think you'd meet the masters with the speech check option? Because I'm afraid it only happens when you offer to help him find out what happened.

No, I just thought one found the key on the master. And the master being there anyway. But it's fine you do it like this.
I do miss his/(yours?) voice as the eyebot. XD

Great mod. Easy sorting if one wants and it looks great, even with some wall clutter and without extremely unique looking storage and furniture.

Just in time for a return to the Mojave from the Commonwealth. Feels like rpg heaven to have to do a quests and talk to an unique npc before you get an awesome house. In the Commonwealth, you would have to shoot said npc to get the house or build it yourself with 7 wood, 4 steel, 2 screws and 1 duct tape.......

Thanks a lot for another fine mod Jokerine!

Haha, I wonder what kind of house you could actually build with those materials. Pretty sure all you could do would be to nail a piece of old cardboard to some wood like a tent, and sleep under it

      You're most welcome!

That sounds terrifying! At least that way you could threaten children and say that if you're not a good kid Mutie Santa comes on Christmas and eats you
