I don't know why the creator add TTW in here because opened up the esp on in the FNVedit I could clearly see the mod haven't have any conversion at all. How did some of you even get working in the 1st place . This crashed my game instantly.

@shadowbanisher, it works flawlessly in FO 3. Still getting used to TTW myself and wanting this gem back in the game. I agree with the author here in that the bounty hunting being a perk choice is senseless as you could pick both or a bounty perk opposite the karma side you were working. Aside from that it came at one of the worst possible levels to make that choice at 14 it's light step for me and the caps can wait without this mod.
i like the idea, i get my messege, but the man was naked... and he have no voice but i guess that one is something normal, maeby you should put a guy that just run to you ans sys whit a in game voice "Here" and he leves giving you a note inviting you to go visit the regulators and the location of the shack, i think it will be more natural.
This worked good for me. I forgot to get the Lawbringer perk when I did my play through in the Capitol Wasteland. The messenger didn't show up at the Tenpenny Tower lobby so I tried the Rivet City Market and then he showed up.

It seems I am not the only one wo has been having this issue. I hope it gets fixed.
