Installing: Unzip folder, place surf vegas folder into you New Vegas data/sounds/songs. Place the surfvegas.esp into your Fallout New Vegas Data folder. Select it with your mod manager. OR use NMM (when available)
Unistalling: Remove the .esp from your Data folder, delete Surf Vegas from data/sounds/songs
