      open the console command prompt, type in
      
      player.setscale .8
      
      you can go shorter but i like .8

   Really like this race mod. Already been using her for quite some time. I'll really appreaciate it if you could adding blink animation to her... or maybe anyone could tell me how to add it myself?

   Love her a lot. Thanks guys. But why there is a big gap between the neck and the body? Anyway to fix it so all ladies will look better.

   finally a mod that doesn't require 30+ mods to be installed (most of which are banned on nexus) for it to work.could you please add this to fallout 3?

    Hi, just want to mention that I got silkier looking hair by changing the Flags in NiAlphaProperty for the hair to 4845 and setting the Threshold to 80. Also reszing the hair to 1.02x seem to resolve some clipping issues I think I had with the side bangs.
    
    The mod's original values were 4844 for Flags and 40 for Threshold.
