It's called a 'suppressor' because it suppresses sound as well as flame outburst. A suppressor is also known as a 'silencer' and both words refer to the same thing. Antie-materiel (as you correctly pointed out) is aimed at damaging equipment as opposed to biological entities. Except when said entities are inside a tank or Power Armour.
I've noticed a few things with this mod; this changes the name of the "Gun Runner's Headquarters" into German, and there are a few texture issues with the end of the suppressor. Otherwise I love this mod, it's a beautiful gun, and it's powerful without being broken.
It seems that this rifle can't be loaded with explosive rounds like its GRA counterpart. Will the author update it to take explosive rounds? Nieways, I love this mod. Thanks
