====Bill O'Reilly Companion====

About Bill: This mod adds a new, fully (badyly) voiced companion to the game: Bill O'Reilly. He also has a fully
functional companion wheel, as well as a stat-edited outfit, a stat-edited pistol, and a nifskope-edited melee weapon
(which also has its own unique pipboy icon, even though it is technically not playable; so other mod authors: make
yourselves a usable giant pencil weapon! Go crazy!). He also gives the player the unique perk "I Know My Rights" as
long as he is following them. The perk has its own unique pipboy icon as well.

Where To Find Bill: He's located inside of the NCR Embassy, at the New Vegas Strip.

Why Bill Doesn't Have A Quest: Because all of the voice acting for Bill is done by actual Bill O'Reilly clips from a
soundboard, I am unfortunately unable to create any kind of working dialogue for him to give the player a quest. Sorry
about that!

Why Bill Sounds The Way He Does: All of the various clips used to create Bill's dialogue are taken from a series of
Bill O'Reilly soundboards. The soundboards in turn are taken from recordings of Bill's voice from various television
and radio shows, some of which were originally recorded decades apart, and all of which used different recording
methods from eachother. So the quality, tone, and volume of the lines is all over the place. I did my best to edit all
of the lines to sound as close to each other as I could without ruining them, but it is still VERY noticable.

=====Installation======

1a. Install with FOMM or NMM

1b. Place the files and folders from the "Data" folder in the mod folder into your New Vegas "Data" folder.*


*IF you already have any of the folders in your "Data" folder, open them and place the folders inside of them
into the same-named folders in your "Data" folder. If you already have those folders as well, repeat until
you get to folders/files you don't already have, and place those.





====Permissions====

Anyone can use this mod and its assets on any site and for any purpose, as long as they credit me as the original
creator of the mod.
