Don't know why you put combine in the title. It made me think of the combine from half life 2, which doesn't contain this weapon. Please change the mod title.
PS: I did research on this before I posted this comment.
Instant CTD when adding the scope mod and closing the pipboy. I tried every tweak I could think of to change the esp, load order, to no avail. the only fix is to run the game directly, with no other mods or a mod manager, and have all the mod files directly in \data.
Always used this mod in my play through so it may be arrogant but if you could somehow add this to Fallout 4 on Xbox One my appreciation would be endless.
Also, some nitpicks I have about this is that it sounds WAY Too Poppish, and feels like you just got some stock sound effects, then loaded it into the weapon, and, the nightvision scope's zoom just... sucks, along with the reticle, the "Dot" is too large for you to look comfortably through the scope, and it makes pinpointing a specific area a pain in the ass!, For the sound problem, download this: https://www.sounds-resource.com/pc_computer/halflife2episodes/sound/8441/ , go to weapons, go to ar2, select ar2_fire1, copy it three times, open another file explorer, go to Data, Sound, fx, weapon, davis. Rename them PulseCarbine_2d PulseCarbine_3d and PulseCarbine_3ddist, move the default sounds out of the folder, and tell those stock sound effects to go f*** themselves!
I wonder what the OSPIR would look like if it was dragged into the wasteland, hell, even the entire Combine came to the wasteland after failing to take over HL2 Earth, maybe Fallout Earth would be easier to claim for the Combine, because there's no major governments, no Gordon Freeman, nothing! So I think Fallout Earth would be ripe for the taking.
really awesome weapon love the design i think you could do more variations inside this design like a shotgun version, pistol, smg and so on would create a badass arsenal for the enclave troops.
Can you do a version that replaces the NCR weapons, or a t least make it optional bc it would be cool for someone doing a run with the Warhammer mods installed
