You were permitted to do it as long as you didn't include the mod assets, just the esm file. That's the thing, you know. But if you don't want to share it, that's fine. I converted the esm myself some time ago and need to test, then I may release it in the mod's original page if you don't want to share yours.
Jokerine I might have misunderstood in your PMs but I thought you didn't wanted me to publish it independently of being the esm alone or not. I don't mind sharing what I have. It's up.
