Created as a home for myself, and figured I may as well upload it if anyone else was interested. Located in Poseidon Energy gas station outside REPCONN HQ.

Companion housing
Fully navmeshed
Underground bunker
Attempted to make this one somewhat lore friendly by posing it as a small emergency bunker for officials of the nearby REPCONN Company. Even included a few text logs in the bunker terminals to kinda tie it all together, or at least attempt to.
Some areas are initially inaccesible, though can be unlocked with keys somewhat hidden in the house. Neither are very hard to find, though I've included a readme with the locations just in case.
