    For anyone wondering it still works with the current version of TTW, as of 2023. The glitches from the original still carry over unfortunately, one of the bushes by the subway station has no trunk, some of the grass clips though the sidewalk, weird lighting shadow glitches still persist when you go out of buildings sometimes (they do go away eventually), visible red Xs in some houses and (new glitch) the doctor in the subway no longer sells to you or heals you. but it does seem to crash less then the Fallout 3 version did. (sidenote)Marts Mutant Mod does not play nice with this mod and random monstrosities will attack the town.(sometimes its funny though)

    I've been looking for this I love this mod and have always used it because of how surreal it is. the contrast in tone alone makes it worth it.

      I have only ported it to TTW. Bond123 is the man to thank for the original work.

    NOTE: During the quest Holy Water you want be able to access Holy Light Monastery with this mod installed - so better use it only or if you want to do that quest.

    Even though it is plausible, it is still too clean for me in a chaotic world. What would be cool is combine this and Baja Mansion 6 together on the same Island Worldspace.

      I am just converting the original and not making big changes but I agree It is quite polished for a devastated world. My Idea was to try to make possible as a rebuild process, as I mention in other message here, but ATM I have quite a few other conversions to polish and the time it's not enough for everything.

    I have made the residents faction friendly to the player this can be changed ofc.

    My idea is to enable this mod after you return from the Mojave/New Vegas and with a bit more work the station could be use in the future to travel between the capital Wasteland and New Vegas World.

    That might be possible but will need some extra work.

    Ideally this new Springvale could be built dynamically but I don't know yet how to do it.

    I have ideas that maybe making the all new stuff initially disable with some activators to trigger after some time could work.

    If I had the know-how to do it, this would be a town with no loading doors like in Fallout 4...but that is behind my possibilities...

    Suggestions-help is welcome.

      Another improvement for this mod would be a patch for the Lightning outside with Streetlights.

      At the moment it's quite dark at night - there are no street lights...
