I am aware that this is OP, it just never stood right to me that magazines were one use, so I remedied it for my own use, not intending to distribute it, and then decided what the hell why not.

downloading for name and description alone. nicely done, I don't even use magazines because I always forget them but this is a reason to start if I've ever seen one.
would be nice if there was something that made them super rare, weight something (even just a little), and then have a cooldown. I mean I have like 20 locksmiths on me.
kinda makes them a little OP, maybe make them so if you use them you only get 9 bonus points the next time and then 8 and then 7, etc. like you actually read the whole thing.
This is super OP, normally you only ever have a few magazines, and when you do, you have to know just when to use them for them to be effective... Wait, no, I'm thinking of explosive .50mg rounds. Good mod, doesn't actually unbalance the game that much, and much easier on my digestive system. 11/10.

Nice idea but a bit too OP for my taste. I think it should be done like FWE did skill books; you read it and then you get to keep it (for collectors or to resell) but it doesn't give any more bonuses
