I'm a sucker for a good treasure hunt. I've already found three of the chests, and I think that they could use a little more diversity of what's in them at very low levels.
I also have a bug to report: at the Emergency Service Railyard, you added a way to get on top of one of the cranes, except the ladder up the crane stops not even halfway up the crane, and you can't get onto the deck where the chest is.
Edit: the chest in the dump truck north of Novac is also unreachable. You added a crate near the front of the truck, but it's not possible to jump on top of the truck's hood from where it's located. It's both too far away and too small.
Location I found : 1.one chest at boulder city. on a crumbling building opposite of the Big Horn Saloon. Have to jump to on crate to get there. 2. Behind Ranger station Alpha wall.
Oh, another broken one. You added a ladder to get on top of the El Dorado powerstation, but the ladder's not actually an activator and it doesn't do anything, so there's no way up.
