NOTE: This can be used as a Player Home, or just a place to loot. All containers are safe!
REQUIREMENTS: It's highly recommended that you're using the Fallout: New Vegas - Ultimate Edition or have ALL DLC Available!
--==-- INSTALLATION --==--
1. Use Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) for an easy Installation.
2. If you want to Manually install: Copy the "Abandoned Brotherhood of Steel Safe House.esp"
into your Fallout New Vegas Data folder, then tick/check the .esp file in the Data Loader.
Finally, drag and drop the "Sound" Folder onto the Data Folder. Done!

Delete the "Abandoned Brotherhood of Steel Safe House.esp" file and the "jacobstown outpost sfx" folder from sound/fx, which is located in the Fallout: New Vegas "Data" folder.

Features:
. Unique Locking Sound for Armory Door.
. Fully Functional Lights, turn them ON or OFF!
. The Armory can be Locked down before exiting (Aesthetic, not mandatory)
. Full suit Remnants Power (hardly Damaged), T45 & 51 Armor and more useful Items!
. All none-radioactive foodstuffs within the B.o.S Shipment Crates will respawn/be replenished -- Fresh Sweetrolls and Fruit, inc!
. Use the Medical Treatment Facility to Recover your HP, remove RADs and repair any damaged Limbs.
. Use the Chemistry Laboratory to Create a new Compound (Chems, Stimpaks. etc) or Detoxify yourself.

An Abandoned Outpost that sits upon a hill, watching over Mount Charleston.

A few years after Mount Charleston's original human survivors had fled to the East, a band of temperamental Super-mutants,
Lead by their Master (Marcus) took shelter within the town, taking it for themselves.
Marcus soon changed the town's name to "Jacobstown" in honor his old B.o.S Paladin Master, Jacob.--==-- THE PRESENT --==--
The Brotherhood of Steel previously dispatched two Units to the Outpost,
by the names of "Maximus" & "Camulus", along with plentiful supplies, in order to capture and use it as an overlook for Jacobstown- Their existence was never discovered by the town, however, the two Units have recently ceased to present a status report...

. Moved Both Armory Keys from the floor safe onto key-hooks, with the other keys
