A little replacer for majority of NPCs throughout the wastes.

No idea if this works with FCO 3. Will not be updating as I don't have the time nor have I played Fallout 3 or New Vegas for years.
The main purpose of this mod is to replace vanilla races with that of FCO which will give ANY NPC using the 4 base races (plus adult age range) a visual overhaul. Dad included! :)
There are also various NPC edits where the NPC hasn't really accepted the new look 100%. Little tweaks to make them look less alien. Feel free to upload any pictures and report any NPCs that may look odd.
